By downloading, installing, or using Hush ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Hush is a smart notification management application that helps users manage their attention by analyzing notification patterns. The App provides features including:
- Notification pattern analysis
- Attention alerts for important notifications
- Quiet hours scheduling
- Weekly statistics and summaries
- App blocking features (Pro)
- Custom notification sounds (Pro)
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Free Version
The free version of Hush provides basic notification management features with certain limitations.
3.2 Hush Pro Subscription
Hush Pro is available as a monthly ($1.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4. Permissions
To provide its core functionality, Hush requires certain permissions:
- Notification Access (Android): Required to analyze notification patterns
- Post Notifications: Required to send attention alerts and reminders
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the App's functionality.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GetHush and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETHUSH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED NOTIFICATIONS, LOST DATA, OR DEVICE ISSUES.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
